As an account management intern, you will play a role in expanding our client base and managing relationships with both existing and new clients.

 

Location: Riyadh, Remote

Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions

Internship Duration: 2 - 6 Months

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition: Identifying and reaching out to potential clients who can benefit from our recruitment services. This involves research, cold calling, and email outreach.

  2. Client Onboarding: Guiding new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand our services and how we can best assist them.

  3. Sales Database Management: Maintaining and updating our client database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

  4. Sales Lead Generation: Identifying and adding new B2B sales leads to our database to keep the sales pipeline active and growing.

  5. Recruitment Support: Supporting the recruitment team in reaching out to potential candidates, conducting interviews and applying various assessment tools.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or other related field (Students are welcome to apply!)

  • Good Communication Skills

  • Fluent in English and Arabic

  • High Energy, Self-motivated personality, Ambitious personality.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with follow-up skills
